What is Showcase Sunday you might be asking? Well it is a weekly feature/meme hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea where you can share the books you got this week, be it purchased, won in a giveaway, borrowed, from the library, as a gift or got a copy for review.
This is my first Showcase Sunday but it won't be the last, I love books and I love the idea of sharing what I've got lately with other bookworms like myself!
Ok, here goes this week's haul:
Purchased
Shadow Of The Mark by Leigh Fallon
Fifth Grave Past The Light by Darynda Jones
Eyre House by Caitlin Greer
For Review (Via NetGalley)
Over The Rainbow by Brian Rowe
The Woken Gods by Gwenda Bond
And that's my haul for this week, what books did you get this week?
Yay, thanks for joining us! :)
ReplyDeleteI've heard good and bad things about Leigh Fallon's books so I've no idea if they're any good but hope you enjoy this one!
Have a lovely weekend x
Thanks, Vicky!
ReplyDeleteCarrier of the Mark had a few cliches but it was a fun read, and I'm hoping the second book will progress and be better. I just have a big soft spot for them cause they're set in Ireland and I love the Emerald Island!
Yay! Welcome to Showcase Sunday
ReplyDelete:-) Great haul! I am curious about the Woken Gods--love that cover. I've yet to read the Fallon series. Curious to know what you'll think.

The Woken Gods is on my radar, but I'm holding off requesting too much on NetGalley at the mo.
ReplyDeleteThank you Kris! I was very exciten about The Woken Gods cause I loved Blackwood, the previous book by the same author, and I'm a huge mythology geek. And I'm very glad to say I loved it!
ReplyDeleteHi Ellie! Thanks for droping by! I really liked The Woken Gods. I have quite a few unanswered requests on NetGalley, so I'm waiting for those to be approved or denied before requesting more myself.
