Waiting On Wednesday #92!!

Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted at Breaking The Spine  that spotlights those can't-wait-to-get-my-hands-on-them books that we are eagerly awaiting!

So, what book am I very much impatiently awaiting for it to already download to my Kindle this week? Until The Beginning by Amy Plum!

Goodreads Summary:

"When Juneau's clan disappeared, she lost so much more than her friends and family. She soon discovered everything she thought she knew about her life was a lie. Her people's gifts were actually secret abilities that others wanted, desperately enough to kidnap an entire village.

Juneau and her new companion Miles's cross-country journey to find her clan has led them to a game preserve in New Mexico. Now Juneau's people are finally within reach, and she will stop at nothing to save them. But she has a target on her back too, because unbeknownst to her she is the key to unlocking everything. To rescue her people - and herself - Juneau must discover what she, and her abilities, are truly capable of."

Why am I eagerly awaiting Until The Beginning? Weeell, Amy Plum ended the first book of this duology in a rather evil cliffhanger and I cannot wait to see what's to come next!!

What are you all (im)patiently awaiting this week?

  1. Glad to hear the 2nd is coming out soon, the massive cliffhanger in the first book was so frustrating! I don't know if I'd continue though, I know I had a few problems with the first.

    1. Yep, and having the second one at hand is a very good idea, given how awful the cliffhanger is! ;)

  3. I KNOW! I love that it's a duology and I so so adored book one. I enjoyed Amy's first trilogy but I was unsure about After the End, only to end up liking it even more, which is awesome.

  5. Nice! I read the first one but I just couldn't get into it. The same thing happened with Amy's other series. Starting to think the author just isn't for me. :/

Hope you enjoy this installment once you read it!

  8. I always want to give Dylan a big squishy hug! I am still in a quandry about Of Delicate Pieces, the sequel to Of Breakable Things. The ARC is supposed to be out in May, but there have been no request forms for it, and the cover was supposed to be revealed this month and there is only one more day in April. So I am still waiting. :(

    1. Dylan is super squishy and sometimes hugging him helps keeping me sane! ;)
Hmmm, maybe publication was delayed for a bit? I do hope you can get your hands on an ARC ASAP!
