Hello there guys!!
Happy Independence Day to all my US friends! I hope you guys had an awesome weekend of celebrating safely!
Today I have a non-bookish post because I want to a) continue keeping me accountable b) celebrate my accomplishments!
Yesterday I completed my 30 Days of Yoga Challenge!!
I have finished a lil late, not on June 30th as I should have, but I am pretty happy because even during my trip to Rome, I didn't do the challenge videos assigned for those days BUT I did manage to still do Sun Salutations every day while on vacation, and I have done all the videos even if I completed day 30th on July 3rd!
Now I'm gonna continue working on my Yoga everyday because I've turned it into a routine that I rely on to energize my morning and it's my main self care point!
My plan is to follow the July #FWFGworkshop schedule loosely, changing days around to fit better with my work schedule, shorter videos for days when I work and saving the longer ones for my days off.
My first video for tomorrow is gonna be a long (and looks like tough) one but it's a day off so it's a long video day!
Wish me luck as I continue with my Yoga journey! Hopefully by this time next year, I'll be doing a proper crow and side plank! So far after 2 months & a half I can plant my heels on the floor on downward facing dog!

Strengthen and lengthen, I should try this one myself, if only I wouldn't break a leg or my neck or something in the process. Did I mention I'm the clumsiest person you'll ever meet? No? Well, there you go. Yoga pilates mix is the best I can do.
